New NWHS Hires & Promotions

Nyle Water Heating Systems is experiencing rapid growth, and we are thrilled to announce the addition of several new talented professionals to our team. These individuals have been carefully selected to drive sales, enhance our current product offerings, and spearhead the launch of new products. We are confident that their expertise will contribute to the continued success of NWHS.

- We are pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Ebener to the role of Director of Sales. Chris joined NWHS in 2022 as a Director of Strategic Accounts. With a background as a senior technology and commercial leader at Intellihot, Maake LLC, and Liquitech, Chris brings valuable experience to his new role. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
- Joining NWHS as the Director of Engineering is Rossen Maltchev, a seasoned professional with an impressive track record. Rossen previously held technical management positions at Magswitch Technologies, Intellihot, Autodesk, Motorola, and Blackberry. His extensive experience in refrigeration, controls, testing, and new product development makes him a valuable addition to our engineering team. Rossen received degrees in Computer Systems and Mechanical Engineering from Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria, and a BS in IT Management from the College of Economics and Management in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
- Michael McStravock has also joined our team as a Sales Engineer. With over 38 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Michael brings a wealth of boiler and system design expertise. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, Abington, PA, with a degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Design.
- We are excited to welcome Michael Paquette as the Product Manager – Small Units. Mike boasts 25 years of experience in product and project management, specializing in building automation, energy management, HVAC, and energy recovery systems. He has held roles at Watts Water Technologies, Daikin North America, Nortek Air Solutions, and Bosch Thermotechnology. Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Utica-Rome, an A.A.S. in Air Conditioning Engineering from SUNY Canton College of Technology, and is currently pursuing an MBA from Columbia College. He is also a veteran of the US Army and Army Reserve.
- Valerie Gray has recently joined our sales team as an Account Manager, Inside Sales. Her previous experience includes working as an Exterior Sales In-Home Consultant at Lowe’s Home Improvement and as a Graphic Arts Specialist at the Miami Herald. Valerie also served in the US Air Force as an Imagery Interpreter. She holds two Associates Degrees from Miami-Dade College and is an Air Force Leadership School graduate. Valerie is a veteran of the US Air Force.
- We are proud to promote Dexter Sibley and Derek Ingersoll to the positions of Mechanical Design Engineers. They have both successfully completed internships with Nyle Water Heating Systems and recently graduated with their BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Maine.
- Adeeb Ibne Alam has joined our Engineering Team as a Test Engineer. With an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maine and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Bangladesh Univ. of Engineering and Technology, Adeeb brings a strong technical background to his role.
- We are delighted to announce the promotion of Wesley Mott to Buyer at NWHS. Wesley holds an associate’s Degree from Orange Coast College (CA) and has previously worked in California’s Production Control and Customer Service roles. He most recently served as a receiver in the Shipping Department at Nyle Systems.
- Lastly, we welcome Luc Dionne as our Construction Project Manager. Luc is responsible for overseeing the renovations at NWHS’s new Headquarters at 690 Maine Avenue, Bangor. With prior experience as the Building Maintenance and Construction Manager at Bangor International Airport and as the owner/operator of Duraform Steel Buildings, Luc brings extensive expertise in commercial construction to his role. He holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Vermont College in Randolph, VT.

Factory Certification Training
|
Nyle Water Heating Systems continues to provide training sessions for factory certification. Remember, all NWHS HPWHs must be commissioned by a factory-trained technician in order to activate the warranty. We look forward to showing you our facility and training your technicians on our equipment. We will include training in basic refrigeration, electrical testing, controls, system design, and our start-up procedure. We will be providing you with meals and accommodations while you are our guests.
